– A free Telegram community
– A paid membership community (Alpha Inner Circle), offering extended analysis, data, and educational content on a subscription basis

Membership & Billing

Paid membership (Alpha Inner Circle) is billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected at signup, and processed via our third-party payment provider.

– Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
– You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing contact@alphasignalsdesk.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until that date.
– All fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. No refunds or credits will be given for partial billing periods, unused access, or early cancellation.
– We reserve the right to change membership pricing with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.

Access to the Paid Community

Paid membership includes access to a private Telegram group. Access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
– We reserve the right to remove members from the paid community immediately and without refund if their subscription lapses, payment fails without resolution, or these Terms are breached.
– We reserve the right to revoke access for conduct that is abusive, disruptive, or harmful to other members.

Acceptable UseYou agree not to:

– Share, forward, or republish paid content outside the membership without our consent
– Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
– Attempt to circumvent, share, or resell access credentials or invite links
– Harass, abuse, or disrupt other members or our team

Intellectual Property

All content published through the Services including analysis, graphics, branding, and written material — is owned by Alpha Signals Desk or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, data, or analysis provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Signals Desk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Termination
